One of the niftiest things about having started this discussion list is learning (me being originally from a petrochem background, hatched in 1962).

As an example, I give Novotek's "Cheat Sheet" ( http://www.pipingdesign.com/Std-02.pdf ). What the hell is a Tri-Weld? Often, as piping guys we exist in our own little world.
