Dear Steve,

I have seen ,though for a lower temperature of nearly 50 deg C, Diaphragm pumps with Hast C head and PTFE diaphragm working successfully. These pumps were made by LEWA of Germany.

For the flow meter would you like to consider caliberated venturies with PTFE lining ?
