You might be able to get some guidance from Division 3 of ASME Section VIII. With pipe that thick all the usual approaches based on thin wall assumptions won't work, but if all you're doing is flexibility the Piping Code approaches should work since they're based on pure bending with the pipes considered to be part of a space frame. The stress due to pressure is pretty complex, but it's additive to the axial stress due to bending.
