Easy as rolling off a log with Excel:
Set up columns as follows with the weight and CG of each span. Name each column (Formula>Define Name...) as indicated Column A Weight

Column B Xcg
Column C Ycg
Column D Ycg

Sum the weights =SUM(Weight) and name the total Wtot. =SUM(Weight*Xcg)/Wtot will give you the the X location of the CG. Use similar formulas for the Y and Z coordinates.

If you want to spend a little more time to have something you can use over and over, add columns identifying each span and the weight/foot with the beginning and end points and automate the weight and CG calculation. You can get really cool and make the calculation into a workbook and get the weight/foot value from a look-up table or include the incremental Wt/ft for contents and insulation.
