Visit www.rioman.org and you hyave host of serial courses to your needs. They conduct them at regular intervals and each module of 5 days duration. The institute is stationed in Muscat, close to your place. Your search is still on. It is too long, fall back to any one and get strated. The courses are catalysis, it is you who will make it worth.
Rusayl Institute conducts the course on price/ fee and teachers are not free for such specialised courses. They even conduct it for PDO, Qatar Petroleum, Oman Gas, etcc.
