Pipe lateral connection software

I need to make some 200X300NB lateral connections at and angle of about 45 degrees.
The local pipe guys are struggling with the development of the hole and pipe end profile.
Some time ago I saw a computer program which printed the developments on paper.
You then just cut them out, pasted them to the pipe, centre popped and gas cut the profile.

Does anyone know the name of the programme?
