Most of our standards deal with buried piping and as I recall as long as the clearance between pipes is at a minimum of 300mm, plus the required width for pipe bedding, I think you shall be fine. This is somewhat dependant as to the level of contamination risk as to the various pipelines which should be colour coded so as to identify their contents, eg.- effluent water will have black coloured piping, water will be jade, oils- brown and so the list goes on.
