Radiograhic or Ultrasonic for Welding Testing

Dear All,

Whats the best Testing when it comes to welding, is it Radiographic or Ultrasonic.

Can anybody help me, please provide me also the brand and the supplier so I can purchase.
I'll be using this for our new project, Chilled water pipes and CDA pipes
