Hi Shju,
It is good that you started off with ASME B31.3. It is one of the standards
for piping design. It is for Petroleum Refinery Piping if I remember
correctly.
There are other codes and standards that deal with Piping issues.
ASME B36.10 Standard for Pipes ASME B36.19 Stainless Steel Pipes ASME Section VIII Design Rules for Pressure Vessels ASME B16.25 Buttwelding Ends. ASME B16.5 Flanges MSS SP 44 Large Size Flanges (above 24")
These are few that I could remember. There are hundreds of other
publications
and documents that you could go through. However, it will be a good idea to
start with a project in mind and start working on it.
Hope this helps.
Best Regards
Kannan

Subject: [PipingDesign] ASME B31.3(Process piping)
Hi, I am the beginner of piping engineering.
I start to study ASME B 31.3 cause it is very helpful to develop my
engineering sense in my opinion.
So if your company provide me any data of ASME B 31.3 your company
stores or presented, it will be very beneficial fertilizer to grow me
up as the piping engineer.
Regards..
