Seawater Piping

We are planning to install a 20" - 24" seawater piping of FRP/GRP for our desalination project. Could any one tell me what are the factors that are important to consider while preparing purchasing specifications for such pipeline.

can any one tell me whether Epoxy or vinyl ester as basic resin is best suited for such application and what should be the liner thickness for the proposed life of 30 years.
