Totalizing Steam Flowmeter for low pressure boiler

Gents:

does anyone have an economical solution for me?

have been requested to install a totalizing steam flowmeter on a 5000 lb/hr 150PSIG fire tube boiler. my first thought was to install an orifice plate with DP cell. by the time i condition the signal and totalize it, however, i'll be spending a lot of money.
