I am not accepting, this English is not good, it is 100 % right if the figure's
comes with matter, anybody can understood this question, I even sent to ASME

Here's what happened in this case:
The original post was not ignored, it just took some time for it to make some sense (via the images). There has already been at least one onlist comment unless I am mistaken.
A meeting of the moderators and official statement is in order, this will be coming in about a week.
