This appears to be from Kannan Devarajan's email account mail server. It thinks that some message recieved by him from this pipingdesign group is spam.

It's likely due to poorly-configured spam detection software on Weatherford's mailserver. Ask Weatherford what "Rule: Folder 6" means.

The emaail admin at Weatherford should be contacted to clear this up.
