Very sensible, although you might want to consider accepting unsigned
numbers provided they are reported to at least 8 significant figures.
That guarantees they've been done by a computer and are absolutely
perfect.
I think we may get an actual spring this year--the ice has that look about it. We won't know for sure until the first snowmobilers go through the ice on Lake Minnetonka.
