Dear Sir;
I am a mechanical engineer student(8.semester undergraduate) in Izmir Instute Of technology TURKEY.we were given a final project by our instructor.I would be glad if you could help me in the design process of this project.You would also realise that the difference of this project compared to others is the material.The material would be "non metal".I am looking forward for your answer especially in the material selection process.(The project description is in the below):

402 MECHANICAL DESIGN DESIGN AND PRODUCTION OF   A NON-METAL WATER TO WATER HEAT EXCHANGER The aim of the project is to design and produce a heat exchanger in which both working fluids are water. The water inlet temperatures, flow rates and maximum dimension of the heat exchanger will be the same for the all groups. Table -1- shows the heat exchanger working conditions. The heat exchangers will be tested and evaluated under the conditions given in this table. The input and output for the heat exchanger will be the water mentioned in the Table -1-, thus there will be no additional heat or work inputs. Leakage between two fluids is not permitted and leakage tests will be performed before the final evaluation. Fouling factors should be considered in the calculation. All parts of the heat exchanger must be made of non-metal materials. Components can be provided from market, however assembling (welding, screwing, drilling etc) will be done in IZTECH workshops. Tests for devices may be performed for several times, thus the heat exchangers should be able to work under the given   conditions for long time. Devices should be available and work on competition day and no excuse will be accepted.

PROGRESS REPORTS The progress reports should be submitted at the each step of project. The steps of project will be announced later. All activities during a step of project (searches, calculations, drawings, tests etc) should be presented in the related report.

GRADUATION REPORT   A final report containing the following sections should be prepared:

-Detailed information about the designed heat exchanger including technical
drawings

-Method of production including information about required machines for
manufacturing

COMPETITION CRETERIA FOR DEVICE Following criteria will be employed for evaluation of the device:
