Chilled Water Storage Tank

Reminds me of a toon I saw in the net that showed a confused doctor in an operation table calling his assistant, asking him to open MS windows, click on the HELP button and go to the "ARE YOU LOST" icon.

i cant agree with steves comments on this one. They are incredably simplistic and
misleading. There is far more involved than such posted questions could satisfy.

Given the banality of the questions eg please provide "a website giving him
the knowledge to design a tank" the inquirer should not be performing this
task.

I do not beleive this website should be used for such ill conceived purposes.
