I can not imagine an ISO without dimension except for some standard hook ups of
instruments or steam trap hook ups or some routes consist of fit to fit standard
elements like fittings , valves and falnges in which having the size and spool
dimension will do.
Otherwise ISO would be just an EYESORE.

I work in oil&gas plants and all the iso's are dimensioned and also
MTO is provided on each sheet
