Algor does pipe stress analysis (ALgor PIPE PLUS). The data entry in Algor is in the form of Spread Sheet and quite easy to enter or manipulate. I found CAESAR has got lot many advantages as a package, may be because I worked with Algor package about 7/8 yrs back.

algor doesnt do pipe stress analysis, at least not ain a preactical or code
complaince sense.

You are comparing apples and oranges. Search google on the two subjects and
youll see the difference.

if you mean autopipe , different story. they are comaprable but caesar has many better features
although the GUI in Autopipe is nice.
