info about flow meter

Respected Readers,

We need to install a accurate flow meter in one of our tanks similar to one used in petrol pumps. The fluid has the following properties: Specific Gravity: 0.9
Viscosity: 50 CP
Flow rate: 10 cu.m./hour

Can anyone suggest a accurate flow meter and some good companies that make them?
