Everybody may not be expert on all fields. The person may have used only high temperature and curious about cryogenics which is completely new to him. We learn as we work. They may be going to bid for a new project and have not received all the necessary documents. But I agree every information mostly is available in the internet. But the problem is in countries like India and others every person do not have access to internet only mail connection is given, some do not have that also. So it is difficult for him to get information's from net. We have to understand that situation.

But much information is available in-house. People should ask there seniors refer books and standards available to them before asking questions to others. Answering simple basic questions sometimes annoys people. I am sure any company working on certain fields will keep some books at least on that field. We should increase our habit of referring books.

Everbody need not be a expert of all things and mainly cryogenics . I feel that thickness of insulation is more critical than the material of construction . For MOC you can refer to any handbook for the temp range . But ins thick that too for cryogenics is not common .
