Yes, The book name is "Pipeline Rules of Thumb Handbook".

But, the book that you should be using is the GPSA Data Book that is recognized by many major Oil & Gas Companies. <a href="http://www.gasprocessors.com/gpsa_book.html">http://www.gasprocessors.com/gpsa_book.html</a>

The web links I provided are only for clarification; you could get the books from other sources and If you are employed with a gas/oil company, your company may already have the GPSA Data Book.
