One of the B31.3 material notes indicates that if brazing is used on B88 Type K copper tube, the stress values must be for the annealed condition. B31.3 lists: light annealed (050 temper), soft annealed (060 temper), and hard drawn (H temper). The ASTM material specification indicates the material as "copper water tube." It is used in many applications. Stress values are listed from -452 to 500 degrees F.

Calculations show that all sizes of this tube (nominal 1/4 thru 12 inch) have allowable pressures much higher than 100 psig.

I've only seen the 'type K' designation used for domestic fuel gas piping. It's fairly common there, but the applicable pressures are only a few psi. ASTM B88 (Seamless Copper Water Tube) uses (or did use in 1966) the K, L, and M type designations for various tempers of substantially pure copper (99.90% min Cu). The material isn't permitted for ASME PV Code use, so I'd say it's not permitted for piping code construction. Whatever material you end up using for ASME Code piping work has to be (1) permitted by the Code in the sizes you need and your service conditions (2) covered by a qualified brazing specification. Rules for qualification are found in the code.
