For ethylene service at -110 degree C, SS304 or SS 304L is sufficient as
per shell DEP and total spec. other materials are also possible as per
ANSI B 31.3 or ASME SEC II part D but cost point of view for piping
material this is sufficient for the service and temperature. For valve
trims etc other materials like SS316 etc are used.

316 OR 316L or 9% nickel piping (ASTM A333 GRADE8) and corresponding fittings (astm A350/ ASTM A 420 WPL8 ), FOR SS FITTINGS LOOK INTO ASTM A 403 LIST. SS PIPES LOOK INTO SS316 OR 316 L. look into ASME SEC II A.
