API 650 tanks are designed for storage of liquid at Atmospheric pressure ( see
limitation in API650) . In your case , the liquid is mixed with NAtural gas ,so
looks like vapour pressure will be more than that allowed by API 650.Since I
have no experience of handling this kind of fluid cannot be of any help further
.
