Dear Pervez
If there is no any valve or flange fitting at the rack then this space (25mm spacing between larger pipe OD and smaller pipie OD)is enough, but make sure that these lines are not insulated.
Guides are generally provided at alternate rack supports to maintain straight centerline of pipe. For available spacing you cannot provide the angle type guides that are generally used for 6" & 8" . However plate type guides may be used at scattered location.

Dear All,
Due to space constraint in exisiting pipe rack i am not able to place pipes as per std spacing (i.e centre to centre - larger pipe flange OD +25mm+ smaller pipe OD). if i maintain 25mm spacing between larger pipe OD and smaller pipie OD my problem will be sort out. But in this case i would be difficult for me to place axial guide. Can i eliminate the guide.
Line size (8"-2nos, 6"-2nos,)

Your suggestion required.
