Millipore Test Points - Closed Circuit Sampling Units

Dear All,

We are working on Facility for Storage and Transport of Jet A1 Fuel. We need to provide Millipore Testing Points and Closed Circuit Sampling Units

Kindly advise the Criterion to be considered for selecting the location of Millipore Test Points and Closed Circuit sampling units.

Also please advise the essential difference between the two
