As a moderator, I try to filter out the requests that come thru like this one. I am not available 24 hours per day to do so (no one is, and Paul has therefore assigned moderator responsibilities to many around the globe). Rather than censuring Chris (BTW, he is also a moderator), we moderators need to take the time to send a rejection notice to those who send requests such as these. Any question that starts off such as "tell me everything about.." is much to general to get anywhere the answer the questioner is seeking. I also can note things that are politically incorrect in the western world about where these questions almost invariably come from. Although Chris is very direct and blunt, his sentiment is common.
Anyway, I propose that moderators take the time to train and redirect the questioner to avoid the need (purceived or otherwise) for these reponses.
