SR criteria

dear all,

I need criteria for doing SR (stress releiving) in piping. Pls confirm whether my understanding is correct. If not, pls correct and revert.

1. In offshore piping, all topside piping designed as per B31.3 calls NDT for Pipe joint having wall thk 19mm and more.
2. For Piggable lines for Water injection / Lift Gas / Well fluid which are designed as per B 31.4 and B 31.8, SR is required if wall thk is 32mm and more.
