SIF

Dear all,

Here we are using some threaded tees. So the SIF must be different from welded fittings. AutoPIPE does not have the option of selecting threaded tees. I have to select "other" option there. And then it asks for In plane and Out plane SIF. ANSI B 31.3 Appx D recommends to use 2.3 for threaded fittings. But it does not tell anything wheather both the values will be same or not. Have you ever come across this kind of fittings? If so, then suggest me something.
