Queries!!

Dear members,

            Due to a few topics getting overdue attention others are suffering.My humble request is to reconsider my previous two queries :-> 1)Reducer modelling & trunnion modelling on elbow. 2)Layout guidelines(GAP guidelines)
I am adding the third query here as below:-> I like to get some good information on the Bitumen Extraction Unit in the Refineries.
Can one give some web addresses or references on the subject.
