If you haven't already, make sure the flange, with your particular gasket loading and bolting is suitable for your MAWP and temperature. The class 600 flange rating at room temperature is 1305 psi for 450F. I gather that's your operating temperature. Then test per Code. I note that your test pressure is greater than 1.3 times the MAWP.
