IT IS POSSIBLE.
AS THE HYDROTEST IS OCCATIONAL LOAD WE CAN CONSIDER THE ALLOWABLE STRESS BY 33% FACTOR MORE BUT SOMEWHERE THERE IS POSSIBILTY THAT WE WILL HAVE THE LEAKAGE IN FLANGE DURING THE TEST .
SO THE GASKET OF THAT FLANGE SHALL BE CHANGED.
