unfortunately the cost of steel is cheap (and we are very wasteful) , something i hear over and over which misses the point....Shutdown and labour is not cheap.
However undertaking such exercises i find there are too many unrelistic expectations.. ie
guarantee it will last to the next shutdown, but we may not fix it then either so how long will it last.(with your xray vision)
