i have some different view from you(if i am wrong plz correct me)

take a example of earth consider only revolution in half cycle
the change of momentum is 2mv
but still the kinetic energy is same .5mv^2 Rakesh Chandel

I think it does. Any change in momentum represents a change in velocity or a change in mass, Since kinetic energy varies with both mass and velocity, any change in either represents a change in kinetic energy.

KE = mv^2/2 ∆(KE) = 0.5v^2∆m + mv∆v

Usually mass stays constant so ∆KE = mv∆v In that case the change in momentum = m(v + ∆v) - mv = m∆v.
