What you're looking for is pipe furnished under an ASME material specification that's permitted for use in Section III. SA-312 TP316 is one such specification, although there are a number of optional requirements that you'll need to check for. So first, check Section IID for suitable ASME material specifications, then read over the specifications for necessary supplementary requirements, such as product analysis, radiography or corrosion testing. Make sure your service temperature is less than the highest allowable temperature for the spec you're interested in.

To find a vendor do a Google search for suppliers. No point going to a manufacturer unless you're interested in enough pipe to make a mill run worth their while. Place the order as shown in the ASME Specification. Stainless isn't the easiest thing to find since manufacturing is no longer stylish in the US, but there are foreign suppliers who can furnish such pipe. Whatever supplier you use, make sure they've agreed to supply in accordance with ASME Code Specification requirements that you've laid out. If they start taking exception, drop them.
