Cryogenic media flange

Hi all

For liquid Ethylene (Cryogenic media) with -164º F Design temp and SS304L material, which standard is applicable for flanges and bolts ? (because in B16.5 in Temp-Rating tables the Min Temp. is -20 F which is not in our range)
