Proper identification

This is the first day we moderators start clamping down on posts submitted without proper ID: full name and corporate or university identity. If you are wondering why your msg hasn't shown up that's probably why. The easiest way to make sure you're identified is to make a sig file that's automatically attached to each message. We're not just being hard-assed--it's important that everyone know who he's talking to and getting advice from. It's also nice to know if not to post to someone who's bidding against you on a job. It's the same situation as speaking to any stranger--just good manners to introduce yourself.
