Professional development for doing the course or for those who'd take it or both. I could use something like that for my hours next year, so that'd do me a favor. I took professional development credit for the course I wrote up, so that works, too. I have some ideas for another course myself. I get a kick out of doing it, and I fancy it's doing someone some good. They've got guidelines for content, which are easy enough to follow. As far the Australian angle goes, pipes is pipes, Aussie or elsewhere. I think it's a great Idea.
