As with all management system - some are good and some are bad. But Most do actually work (like ours and the likes of ExxonMobil, Aramco, Shell, ICI to name a few). The proof is not only in the earnings but also with the safety records. Do ISO 9000 works? It sure does - so do ISO 14001.
