hot tapping of 52 inch LP fuel gas line

Dear all,

   we have an underground 52" line 125psi and 200F, and 42" line 550 psi 200F to

   be hot tapped. The new line is routed in a different direction.

   In the view point of construction, strength or operation, is there problem with

   hot tapping of 52 inch. LP fuel gas (sour) line from side of pipe.

   material of construction

   52" -- API 5L GR B , SCH .406" with #150 flange    42" --- API 5L GR X52 , SCH .625" with # 300 flange

   may anybody help in this situation.
