Any idea what Int'l Code or Regulation that covers requirement of double locking closure for vessel or pig traps, such GD Engineering Bandlock 2 design ?
They preferably applicable Internationaly such API, ISO, OSHA, etc. But UKOOA,BS, EN, NORSOK also considerable.
