EEMUA has a standard that covers DBB valves. However don't know if many people use it in their specification. It is usually specified as Manufacturer standard.

Hi Utama,
If you ar etalking double block and bleed assemby than normally these are vendor specfic items and used in instrument relate dinterface where postive isolation is required because of hazard associated with loss of containment.They are normally small bore items till 3'''. they are typically two ball valve and a drain in between normally of 1/2"or 3/4". their weight and length are major criteria i.e it should be compact and less bulky. If you are using ball valve type of DBB then probably best guidance code will BS 5351 for valve design.
Hope this helps.

Cheers!

Dear Fellows ;

Any idea what Int'l Code or Regulation that covers requirement of double block and bleed isolation for equipment maintenance ? They preferably applicable Internationaly such API, ISO, OSHA, etc. But UKOOA,BS, EN, NORSOK also considerable.

Appreciate if you can return to me a.s.a.p.
