IRI regulations relevant to Piping

Dear friends,

(1) I would like to know that if there is any stipulation declared by IRI(Industrial risk insurers)for Equipment layout or piping design.

I browsed in the net but could not get relevant answer to my above question. In one of the project piping specification, I was skimming through requirement for layout wherein IRI requirements are seeked for the layout.

I request our group to clarify me on this.
