perfrom a piping vibration analysis? the step that i have used in the past.
1. det. velocity and the frequency at several location. 2. get piping isos showing support/hanger location/type and spec. 2a. get wall thickness survey and perform some nde.

3. get current pipe stress calc
4. get process parameters
5. tie-in location
6. get nozzle definition at tie-ins.
7. det. applicable/suitable severity chart
8. establish mode shape.

8a. do the fix
8b. perform PHA if piping is classified as critical. 9. revise flex analysis incorporating the fix. 10. check nozzle load analysis after the fix. 10. get new vibration reading after the fix.
