What piping software do the incompetent piping designers operate?

My take. My experience show otherwise. Most if not all of the    designers ive work with are competent and show good judgement. Im    talking about the guys who operate the PDS. The same goes to the    engineers repsonsible for ensuring that affected process piping are    code compliant.

My take. Well vibration do not necessarily pop out wnenever a    support or line stops are provided or where changes in pipe    direction exist. Perhaps other problem, but not vibration. And when    a process piping do encounter a severe vibration, the location where    its happening is not always obvious.
