then we should join some univ grp. I do agree with you that we should not disclose project details to the extent it is required, however I believe in piping world there is not much gaurded secret and engineering which we do is not rocket engineering.
Academic group is not the intention of PD group, hence drawing line is the choice. Ultimately we all share practical experience which offcourse has came out of dealing with different project in various location worldwide.
The guy who responded to question in tone like this might have been pressed hard to come with a solution. I think is is not the place. Here we give only suggestion/guidance/pointer etc and following/not following them is entirely on person. They should not be treated as ultimate solution. Out come may involve legitation so act responsibly.
gys what they mean that the project ( as in many projects)might be confidential and details might not want to be made public, i suggest we keep this group strictly academic
