           Hi all,

I am Chakra. I am working for petroleum refineries for last 15 yrs.. I am also a mostly non-particpative member of this forum.

Somedays back, we had a 'Pressure surge' induced failure in our Cooling water ckt. I did a 'qualititive summing up' only as any detailed analysis is beyond my capability. (With ample help from this forum)

Now, we would like to go for a detailed analysis of our Firewater network for following two things - (a) A detailed analysis for probability of surge & preventive measure.
(b) Adequacy of our firewater network - sufficient water should be available at the furthest corner also.

If you could guide me to few experts / agencies, (preferably India based), I would be grateful.

'Looking forward to replies.

With regards

Chakra
