Chris - there is a lot more than "bib bucks" in this industry. I've been doing this for almost 40 years & I have found that during the "fat time" like now any plumbers helper can say he is a piper but when the "days of milk & honey" end ( normally it goes in 10 year cycles" only the Designers dedicated to their profession & professionals as well will be making the impact on the industry. The "bib byuck" guys are the first to be laid off. & they become plumbers helpers.
