If possible, set all the centrelines of suctions at the same elevation (within reason - some pumps' size will make this impractical) and raise or lower the U/S of baseplates keeping a minimum of 150 above HP of grade/paving. You'll only need 25-38mm grout for shimming/levelling.
Speaking of which, these days, make sure everyone understands TOC vs. U/S baseplate. Some 3D CAD modelers might not understand the difference and hilarity will ensue later in screaming matches in meetings if they don't.
I'm unsure why centrifugals would be installed lower than reciprocating.
More foundation mass is need to counteract the operating movements of recips, but that doesn't have to be above ground, does it.
Maybe others have more comments.
