Thoughtful consideration Bruce,

Have not seen this called out in the spacing calculation. In general for average temperature (say, about 50 deg C above ambient) lines the gap allowed in the spacing may have this provision inherent. It is indeed necessary to consider this when there are above average temperature lines.
